Easy Creamy Sweet Corn recipe

Ingredients:

310 g of fresh or frozen sweetcorn.
60 ml of half-and-half cream.
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of salt

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a suitably sized saucepan.

Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat.

Simmer, uncovered, for about 7 minutes or until heated through.
