Simple Sweetcorn Soup recipe

Ingredients:

500 grams of sweetcorn
1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.
Salt, to taste.

Preparation Instructions:

Add 1 litre (1 ¾ pints) of water to the sweet corn and cook till it is slightly tender.

Set aside 4 teaspoons of sweetcorn and grind the remainder (along with water) to a smooth paste.

Heat the corn paste.

Add the reserved cooked sweetcorn, soy sauce, pepper and salt.

Cook until the soup is slightly thick.

Serve hot.
